Palestinians Mark 56 Years of Israeli Occupation, Emphasize Continued Resistance Until Liberation

The Palestinian National Council, the parliament in exile, issued a statement acknowledging the painful memory of the occupation. It condemned the ongoing state terrorism and violations committed by the Israeli government against the Palestinian people, land, and holy sites. The council highlighted Israel’s daily incursions, Judaization of Jerusalem, and the suffering of prisoners, as well as the unjust siege imposed on Gaza. It called upon the international community to uphold justice and support the Palestinian people’s legitimate rights guaranteed by international laws and covenants.
Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates’ Condemnation
